It's Official: Say hello to my little friend.

I look back at the posts I did this month while I was in summer school and I just can't help but laugh. I'm seriously a walking zombie and the posts are a great reflection of that. Thankfully I only have one more day left of class and I can get back to a normal summer sleeping schedule!! In the mean time, I'll be chugging magical Melatonin - my best kept secret.

The pill is 100% natural, regulates you sleep-wake cycle and causes drowsiness. It's pure gold and if you haven't taken it, this is the only drug I will every reccommend. You can get it over the counter or at any CVS/Drug Store locations.

  1. Melatonin saved my life when I went through a really messy breakup in college - it was literally the only way I could sleep. I had to wean myself off of it because I kept increasing the dosage when I started becoming immune, but now, it is a lifesaver when I'm exhausted, stressed, and can't sleep. Best thing that ever happened to me!
