I look back at the posts I did this month while I was in summer school and I just can't help but laugh. I'm seriously a walking zombie and the posts are a great reflection of that. Melatonin saved my life when I went through a really messy breakup in college - it was literally the only way I could sleep. I had to wean myself off of it because I kept increasing the dosage when I started becoming immune, but now, it is a lifesaver when I'm exhausted, stressed, and can't sleep. Best thing that ever happened to me!
