I went to The Hunger Games premiere with my midnight crew last night and oh! my! gosh! It was sensational (I even cried!) and I recommend everyone try to see it this weekend. I was worried beforehand that the movie wouldn't do the book justice but this was not at all the case. If possible, I think I might even like the book more!? Now that is a first!

Only theaters 1-12 were open to set the mood! Such a great idea.
I didn't dress up but wore my hair in a Katniss inspired braid!
I asked some other amazing fans at our theater if I could photograph their costumes.
How can you not just love that spirit?

I saw it last night and I loved it! Usually I'm really picky when it comes to books being turned into films but this one was well done! I was really surprised! I can't wait for the next one to come out!
ReplyDeleteI wore a braid too! I loved the movie, and it exceeded my expectations. I only wish that they would've given more backstory about Panem and Katniss and Gale.
