I haven't had much time for leisure reading with all my schoolwork but fortunately stumbled upon The Hunger Games. To say I'm obsessed is an understatement. I didn't even mind adding the extra weight to my already oversized purse, I just didn't want it out of my sight. Don't let the title turn you astray, there is no vampire stuff. Instead, the main character, Katniss Everdeen, is thrown into a disturbing, futuristic, life or death situation. She is also involved in a problematic love-triangle that will torment any reader. I don't want to give it all away so pick it up! It's a really easy read, like, seriously, size 22 font, and you can blow through book one in a day.
I pretty much wish my life away wanting to be the girl in the first picture. I assume she lives her fantasy life in a house stocked sky high with books like above too. One day...
